On 4 August 2011 Complex Marketing Sp. z o.o. belonging to COMPLEX S.A. purchased an organized part of JOTES Factory of Grinders S.A. enterprise. At present the company continues its activity as JOTES Machinery Factory S.A.

The organized part of the enterprise is made up, apart from production assets, of fixed properties located in the city of Lódź with a land area exceeding 3 ha used on perpetual usufruct basis, and the store-production and office facility buildings of the area over 2 ha.
